As we enter the week of Easter I’m sharing this year’s Easter décor along with some of my favorite Easter decorations from past years!
This year I’m all about mixing and matching and keeping it simple. Just like Christmas, Easter should be one of those holidays were you build décor you already own and restyle. There’s no need to go out and buy new décor every year. I love this purple Easter bunny and pink lanterns I found at the Target dollar store!
They compliment my Michael’s DIY jeweled Easter eggs and faux grass from previous year’s. I added clementine’s for a punch of orange to contrast with the pastels and the blue and white chevron table runner.
Another Target find from last year were these glam geometric Easter eggs that I place in an Easter basket from Michael’s. I used it this year as part of my tablescape.
A designers tip is to always play around with your tablescape. Move pieces around and add depth with varying heights. For instance, I had my forsythia arrangement as part of my tablescape and then added ranunculus when we had our dinner party.
I found this set of garland last year on sale from Target and have put it to good use this year!
Here are some of my favorite Easter decorations from year’s past.
You can get all the fun details from our previous Easter celebrations here, here, here and here.
I agree with you that Easter is a fun time to decorate because the colors are all so cheerful and pretty. All of your tablescapes are beautiful.
Shirley, I just love the colors. You always have fun decorations! Thank you for your kind words and for stopping by. Happy Easter!
Sarah I saw some sneak peeks of this on IG and was so excited to see more. Such beautiful Spring/Easter decor.
So beautiful! I wish I had Easter decor. I only have Christmas decor so I LOVE seeing how other people put their Easter decor together.
Lemons, banners, and jeweled eggs! LOVE IT! The eggs would look great with some sunshine bouncing off of them. I love the whole set up!
I wish I wasn’t traveling this year at Easter–I am so inspired 🙂 Saving for next year!
I love the little purple bunny in your centerpiece! Everything looks so beautiful. 🙂
oh my goodness! I want to come to your house! I love the purple bunny and the cake with the tulips! I need to at least get some tulips to celebrate Spring!
Once again, you have me running to the thrift store looking for items to decorate my table. It definitely won’t look as put together as yours, but at least I can try LOL Great post!
I love spring time and all the pretty pastel colors. Your table decorations look fabulous!
Love all the tablescapes! Of course… Your kids must love helping set such festive tables! Happy Easter!
I LOVE your plans! Really, you had me at Glam Office – I knew there would be beautiful gold involved. I’ll be by each week to get my gold fix from you since I”m not using any this time. Oh, and the Kallax units are exactly what I’m using for the open storage above my workbench. Can’t wait to see how different they look in each of our spaces.
