It’s week 4of the 6 week design challenge known as One Room Challenge!

In Week 1 I provided you with our plan, inspiration boards, and some inspiration on how we are going to refresh our guest bath and master bath.

In Week 2 I provided you my progress, including photos of wallpaper, bathroom fixtures, and hardware including new white toilet in master.
In Week 3 I made progress in picking out new brass pulls for the cabinets and drawers, scheduling the tile guy and having The English Handyman install most of the fixtures in each bathroom.
Week 4 was suppose to end with the tile being installed in our guest bath but of course the tile shipment was delayed not once by twice. I have rescheduled the tile demo and installation for next Monday with completion by next Wednesday.
After reviewing numbers and time, we have decided to hold off a few weeks to re-tile the master shower so we can order the tile we really want. We’ll be posting another reveal of the shower after ORC reveal, so make sure you check back after this round of ORC!
The English Handyman is scheduled to come back and install these pretty brass wall scones on Friday!
I spent 3 days painting the cabinets in Sherwin Williams Pure White and lacquer finish.
I bought some fun accessories that are chic, modern and within budget!

I’ve been eyeing this muted rug from Rugs USA for a while and can’t wait for it to arrive on Friday!
I am loving this bathroom inspiration, which is a great example of mixing metals and modern with vintage!

Those sconces are GORGEOUS! And the rug – – – well let me just say you’re making me think I should go with a rug in my bathroom makeover instead of little bath mats! 🙂

Very affordable, soft, and chic, go for it! Down side, I wouldn’t put it down next to shower or bath tub as if the area is constantly wet it will ruin any rug.
