We’re excited to finally share all the details of the FROZEN In Summer Water Party with you!
Boys and girls alike love the movie Frozen and Olaf. When the birthday girl requested a Frozen birthday party I knew the Frozen in Summer theme would be perfect, especially since her birthday is in the summer!
I wanted this party to be whimsical, creative and have all the elements of a fun summer party which include bubbles, slip n’ slide, bounce house, and snow cones.
Sticking with the water party theme we had guests dress in their bathing suits and were greeted with a leis as the walked into the party, which was also one of the party favors.
Mixing in a little Hawaiian/Tropical theme with leis, cocktail umbrellas, pink flamingos, pineapples, and palm trees played on Olaf’s song Summer and images of him lying on the beach sipping a tropical drink!
Kids enjoyed fun and festive food such as surf boards (pita chips), the catch of the day (goldfish), and grab a floatie (pretzel sticks).
One of my favorite DIY’s besides the backdrop is how these delicious and festive cookies turned out! We also served mini cupcakes from Gigi Cupcakes, Take A Dip (humus and carrots), fresh strawberries, pineapple and grapes.
Next to the snow cones I’d have to say the tattoo (faux) station was a huge hit!
