New Years Day Brunch and Yoga Party

Cheers to a New Year and a New You! We’re excited to share this New Years Brunch and Yoga Party, which is featured on Bird’s Party.

It’s a New Year, so why not celebrate the New Year and New You with yoga, bubbly, and friends!

This New Year New You Yoga Party has it all from yoga, aerial yoga, to delicious and healthy brunch items, to glam and glitter New Year’s Day outfits!

 

This New Year’s Day Brunch and Yoga Party was inspired by two styles of yoga.

Combining aerial yoga from Air Fit and yoga as an event with small bites and drinks from NC Yoga Bar, guests were able to start off the New Year and their new year’s resolutions with a bang!

 

Each guest was dressed in fun yoga wear provided by Lululemon!

After finishing their first yoga class of the New Year, guests changed into sparkle and glam outfits fit for a New Year’s Day Brunch! These festive outfits from Fresh Boutique matched the sparkle and glam of the food table, bar, and lounge.

Inspiration for the bubbly party came from these festive Get Your Bubbly On invitations from Tiny Prints with rose gold foil, champagne, and bubbles.

The theme from the invitation was woven into the event decor from the balloons, gold ornaments, blush sequins specialty linen, décor, and of course the specialty drinks.

Guests enjoyed pomegranate mimosas with fresh pomegranate and sparkling pear cocktails with pineapple.

Throwing a New Year’s Day brunch is the perfect celebration to be festive and add a little Christmas décor. Be creative with displaying your Christmas cards or personalize it with your own New Year’s cards.

Instead of a traditional Christmas tree, we opted for a more modern clean look that pulls everything together with the round light stand on the food table.

To play on the theme of New Year New You, healthy food was served, for the most part, prepared by Fit You Meals, including gluten free and dairy free options.

The menu included gluten Free pumpkin bread, fruit salad with citrus and mint dressing topped with chia seeds, sweet potato mini arepas filled will creole scramble eggs, mushroom frittata cups, orzo salad, mini chocolate croissants, blood orange grape fruit, and petite flours.

 

Don’t forget about the party favors!

Each guest got to take home these DIY glitter champagne flutes with festive gift tags wishing them a happy and healthy 2016! Even the hostesses received monogramed stationery as gifts.

Just because Christmas is over, doesn’t mean you have to put everything away! I love displaying not only our Christmas card but the ones we’ve received through out the season when I entertain! Be creative, use them as a center piece like we did with the sea urchin, or display cards on a modern tree with lights!
