Sparkling Pear Cocktail Recipe

Yesterday, we shared all the fun details of this New  Year’s Day Brunch and Yoga Party, as seen on Bird’s Party.

Today, we’re sharing the recipe for this delicious and easy Sparkling Pear Cocktail Recipe!

This cocktail is one of my favorites and is the perfect signature drink for your New Year’s Celebration or any party!

Sparkling Pear Cocktail Recipe

Serves 8

Ingredients

• 33.8 oz Pear Juice (we used Looze Pear Juice)
• 1 bottle Pink Rose’ sparkling wine (we love De Chanceny Cremante Loire Rose’ for it’s pink color, strawberry and citrus taste and price)
• 2 Pears sliced for garnish
• Pink sugar rimmer
• 1 cup Frozen pineapple for garnish and to keep cocktail chilled

Instructions

Pour chilled Rose’ into a glass pitcher and add half of the pear juice. Stir and add 1 cup of frozen pinapple. Add more pear juice to taste. Wet rims of champagne flutes and dip into pink sugar rimmer. Pour Sparkling Pear Cocktail into champagne flutes and add 1-2 frozen pineapples to keep chilled. Garnish with festive straws and sliced pear and serve!

This will have your guests asking for more and the recipe!
