Last year was our first time as a family going strawberry picking and we had a blast!
This year, we decided to check out a new farm closer to Charlotte, Hall Family Farm.
My girls couldn’t wait to get there own baskets and pick the best strawberries!
They took their jobs seriously, especially when they learned that the green ones need to grow and the red ones are the perfect rip ones to pick.
We all noticed these were some of the most beautiful red colored strawberries and oh so sweet! However, what we loved even more was all the fun activities for kids!
First up was a fun airplane tetter totter and ice cream in the outside playhouse!
Then we had to get our face painted as a butterfly and kitty cat!
Next up was sliding down this cool slide, dressing up like fireman, and riding the red fire truck!
These girls thought it was hilarious to run from mama in this never ending maze!
Lastly we got some popcorn and enjoyed the musical wagon ride around the farm, which was set to music of kids movies such at Indian Jones, Star Wars, Frozen, Tangled, Lion King and more! For each song from a movie we would pass an object or character from the movie, which the kids loved!
If you’re looking for a farm that has beautiful large strawberry fields and lots of fun activities for the kids Hall Family Farm is your place! It’s also a great place to host your child’s birthday party. Don’t forget the farm animals on your out.
