It’s officially spring and I’ve teamed up with some talented designers to inspire you this season with our Spring Tablescape Home Tours!
If you’re new to Sarah Sofia Productions and joining us from This is Our Bliss welcome!
As an event planner and designer I enjoy designing my home around the seasons using many things I already own while adding a few new home décor pieces.
For this spring tablescape I wanted to bring the colors and all the blooms from outside in by using pastels and florals that were in season. I wanted to keep this tablescape simple but elegant, showcasing the florals and how with a few easy décor pieces anyone can design a beautiful tablescape!
I choose whimsical ranunculus, tulips, daffodils, and succulents for our spring tablescape. When designing a tablescape make sure you have pieces at varrying heights to draw interest like we did by arranging the florals in low mason jars, medium glass vases, a wooden crate, which we DIYed with some spray paint, and the floral branch installation above the table.
I love using my great great grandmother’s violet china and it’s the perfect fit for this spring tablescape with these pretty blue vintage looking cups and pitcher I found at HomeGoods! If you want a different look without a investing the heft price, check out your local vendors and rent vintage chinaware! I love using The Whimsical Rose here in Charlotte!
Here’s a sneak peek of how we transformed this spring tablescape in an easy Easter tablescape by simply keeping the main design pieces and adding Easter dĂ©cor pieces.
For more spring inspiration check out our Spring Tablescape from last year here and our Easy DIY Spring Wreath here.
Now go check out 11 Magnolia Lane’s beautiful spring tablescape next!
Make sure you make your way through all the home tour participates!
Come back later this week for Easter inspiration!
