It’s Week 2 of One Room Challenge Bathroom Refresh, hosted by Linda Calling It Home!
In Week 1 we provided you with our plan, inspiration boards, and some inspiration on how we are going to refresh our guest bath and master bath.
On Tuesday we had our handyman install Brass Circlet Towel Ring and Brass Circlet Toilet Paper Holder in the guest bath, which we bought last fall but never installed. We had planned to install the two gold wall scones, but ran out of time. Thus, we have to wait until Friday, April 28th to complete that project. If you saw my Insta Stories on Instagram you’ve seen all the updates, but here’s a sneak peak at the guest bath currently with the mirror, removable wall paper, faucet, shower head and faucet, and hand towel installation.

In Progress Kids Bathroom/Powder Room
While I would love to have our master bathroom reconfigured that’s not in the budget. Currently we have double sinks and counter separate from the shower and toilet. We had the new toilet installed last fall along with new hardware on the cabinets from Anthropogie, but that’s as far as we got last ORC round in this bathroom.

Today the handyman installed the new Pottery Barn towel rack and put dry wall over holes from the previous towel rack.
In Progress Master Bath
While I installed the beautiful hardware from Anthropologie in both bathrooms last fall, I also did a DIY on the silver pulls to make them gold. Well needless to say the gold spray paint didn’t hold up to high traffic area in the bathroom and cleaning, so I ordered these beautiful brass pulls from Amazon!
I’m loving this boohoo chic bathroom Kirsten Marie with the blue, white and gold, which is inspiring me for the guest/kids bathroom!
I’d love to have the shower in the master bath re-tiled if it’s in our budget! How beautiful is this blue tile within the white subway tile?
While we made progress in a short week due to travel, we have some major decisions and installations to accomplish in the next 3-4 weeks such as tile and painting!
