Painting pumpkins is an easy fall kids craft that both kids and adults can enjoy!
By October you’ve gone to the pumpkin patch or you’ve picked up a few pumpkins that you can use for the craft. You can also use faux pumpkins. Invite a few friends over to make it a fall party!
Get some paint, paint brushes, and newspaper to protect your painting surface.
Try different techniques like drip painting, splatter, stenciling, and painting entire pumpkin. We’ve used pastel colors, which continue to trend this year, but you can use any colors.
Let your pumpkins dry and display through out the fall season!
Display your painted and stenciled pumpkins on a mantle, create a tablescape, or display them outside.
