Mindware has brainy toys for all ages. There are so many unique gift options that inspire kids to learn and create. In addition to being educational, these toys get reused over and over again instead of the dreaded one time use. We receive their catalog and my girls spent one Saturday morning picking out their favorite toys.
Christmas Came Early: My girls were overjoyed to receive their top choices and try them out for y’all! If you child is into any of the baking or cooking shows then they’ll love either Playful Chef Deluxe Cooking Kit or Playful Chef Cake Decorating Kit! Each kit comes with real cooking tools that are engineered for young hands and color-coded to match up with recipe cards.
Nailed It: We have both and enjoy making real food and their own themed and decorated cakes! We even have cooking and baking competitions!
Pottery Wheel For Beginners was the second item on their wish list. This inspires young artists to make beautiful ceramics with the foot-pedal operated wheel. It even has left and right direction, which is great for my left handed child. We started with small pots to test it out. Now we just need to paint them with the paint set that was included.
Weird Science: There are fifteen different science lab kits to choose from for your science loving child such as Detective, Strange Encounter, Gross Body, Slime, Bath Bomb, Lip Gloss, and Shimmer Lab! My girls top pick was Science Academy Deluxe Squishy Ball Lab.
Oozing with Fun: Kids discovery the chemistry behind ooze as they mix up ingredients to make squishy stress balls. Our favorites are Rainbow Sprinkle and Ice Crystal Squshy Balls.
All of these toys are for ages 8+. My children are 6 1/2 and 8 and did them just fine with adult supervision.
