We are all about budget friendly decor, and love how our Merry and Bright Budget Friendly Christmas Decor turned out this year by restyling decor pieces we already own with new Christmas decor that we found on sale or at the Dollar Tree!
Where to Find Budget Friendly Christmas Decor
If you’ve been following Sarah Sofia Productions for a while then you know my first rule of thumb is to shop your home. I pulled out the pink Christmas decor that I bought years ago for Christmas Candy party and added it to my fireplace. You’ll find the DIY gold magnolia leaf wreath center and gold leaf magnolia leaf garland I found on sale at Michael’s years ago.
Remember these felt nutcrackers I found at Walmart and did an easy DIY to customize it? I added small colorful ornaments we had on hand from last year’s Taylor Swift Christmas Trees in my daughter’s bedrooms.
Second shop Dollar Tree and Christmas sales when they are 40-60% off. The mini bottle brush Christmas trees are Dollar Tree finds and look so festive in the mantle and accent table.
The turquoise pre-lit table top Christmas tree is also a Dollar Tree find and works perfectly in our living room with the Merry and Bright theme this year!
The only new regular priced item is the Falala banner I found at JoAnn Fabrics.
Create Your Own Christmas Decor
This year we enjoyed DIY Paint Swirl Ornaments at our Secret Santa Craft Party, coming soon! All the materials we found at the Dollar Tree and was super easy. I’ll share the tutorial soon, but the end result is beautiful and colorful!
